Preventative Inspections For better operational safety and visibility, a detailed inspection becomes highly necessary in order to allow for better knowledge on the current state of the blade fleet and budget prioritization – orienting resources for real needs and bringing higher performance for your assets.

ArthWind works with high technology on image collection for visual inspections of the internal and external areas of the wind blade, with minimal operational downtime and the shortest time for report delivery available in the market. All this through a management platform with the possibility of following up on all solutions and dealings resulted from the inspections.
1 End of Warranty Inspection The end of warranty is the period that requires the greatest attention from wind farm owners, so as to have a clear vision of the wear level, manufacturing defects and serial failures that might cause a negative impact in the life cycle of the asset.

ArthWind brings an innovative end of warranty analysis methodology that provides wind farm owners/investors with full support on the technical discussion with the OEM, assessment of the condition of the fleet and opportunities for upgrade.

Our inspection solutions ensure that damages are detected, analyzed and classified, generating an executive maintenance plan that will allow for smoother O&M decision making.
2 External Inspections Internal Inspections External Inspections With the Pro-Drone – BladeInsight technology, we apply the highest level of accuracy in the collection of imagens, which, driven by high technology and machine learning techniques, make for a precise technical evaluation with detailed reports that display the damage progression and monitoring of degradation.

2-2 Audit for Repair Campaings Repair campaigns might become inefficient processes in case there is no monitoring and verification of procedures, materials and tools applied. In addition, on-site monitoring can bring more efficiency to activities, ensuring considerable financial returns to the operation. Based on extensive know-how in the design and manufacture of wind blades, we carry out the audit of repairs following strict quality criteria.

3 Construction Management and Audit for Blades Arrival It is necessary that the arrival of these assets at the construction site be fully monitored in details, so that damages from transport and handling are identified prior to installation.

We perform visual inspection on the entire external surface of the blade - even before unloading - and monitor the uptower assembly of the components, ensuring that no damage to the asset occurs during this process.
